On each tournament page, there is a magenta ‘Register Now’ button. Select that and it will redirect you to the VALVR website where you will be prompted to create a VAL account if you haven’t yet, and then you’re free to opt-in to any tournaments you’d like to participate in.
For tournaments where you need to submit or upload screenshots of your results, the submissions are all handled through Gleam and help us keep track of your uploads. To find the Gleam link for your tournament, go to the tournament page on the VR Fitness Summit website
We’re getting those out as fast as possible. Different game studios have different timelines and needs so details are rolling out continually until they’re all available.
The best way to stay updated is to join the VAL Discord, and we will post updates & announcements in the different game channels in the VR Fitness Summit category.
Some studios with related themes put money into a collective prize pool!
The rules for any collaborative prize pool are included on the VR Fitness Website under those titles. Please make sure to read over those details and let us know on the VAL Discord of any questions.
No! By playing either one or both games, you’re entered into the contest. Please refer to the Collaborative Prize Pool details on the VR Fitness Summi site just in case.
You can record gameplay directly from the Oculus Home button. When you’re done, push the Oculus Home button again and select the ‘stop’ button. The videos are then saved in the local drive on your Oculus Quest drive, and you can export them with a data transfer link
